I’ve been going to Wendy for the last 4 years. My hospital only offers a class for PALS on Wednesday every other month and that is the day I work. Plus I don’t even get reimbursed. I won’t ever go anywhere else even if it is less money.

ACLS COURSE

This course is designed primarily for healthcare professionals in emergency departments, intensive care units, critical care departments, surgical areas, or pre-hospital environments, such as physicians, nurses, paramedics, respiratory therapists, and other professionals who may respond to a cardiovascular emergency. The course is also open to students getting prepared to become a professional in the healthcare industry.

The Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) provider course is designed for healthcare providers who directly participate in the resuscitation of a patient, whether in or out of the hospital. The BLS Primary Survey and the ACLS Secondary Survey is presented in this course. Effective resuscitation of team dynamics is also presented. The goal of the ACLS Provider Course is to improve the quality of care provided to the adult victim of cardiac arrest or other cardiopulmonary emergencies.

Whatever the case and whatever your training, the small size of the class makes it so that this ACLS course can be tailored to your expertise, knowledge and skill base.

Upon completion of this class the participant will be able to know how to manage cardiorespiratory emergencies by using the systematic ACLS guidelines of the American Heart Association, (AHA).
